My stay here was a mixed bag. The spacious suite was a delight, offering comfort with a great bed and a well-stocked kitchenette. Unfortunately, the lack of room service and a lengthy shuttle wait diminished my experience. Staff were generally accommodating, yet some amenities fell short of expectations.

Spacious and Friendly Hospitality

I had a wonderful stay with my family in a spacious suite that provided all the comfort we needed. The cleanliness of the room and the sincerity of the staff, especially during check-in, made a notable difference in our experience. We loved having a 24-hour Denny's on-site for late-night meals. However, the pool area could use some improvements in cleanliness and ambiance.

Also, the Standard Suite, 1 Queen Bed, Sofa Bed was super clean & comfy, and the front desk crew was as friendly as they come. Plus, the on-site parking was a dream for our travels!

Now, on the flip side, the pool had that grungy vibe—definitely felt sketchy. And the shuttle service? A total mess. missed it twice and had to grab an Uber. Plus, the café was robbing folks blind with their prices. Don't even get me started on those brothels nearby, quite the distraction!

During my stay at Sandman, I found the room to be clean and spacious, which made my business trip more comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating, efficiently assisting me with my requests. The business center was quite useful for my work needs, providing the necessary resources to manage my tasks effectively.

The dining options could be improved.

The pool and fitness center were perfect for unwinding after traveling. the location made it easy to get to attractions. We enjoyed our stay immensely, despite the initial travel issues. Upon arrival, we found the room cozy, well-equipped, and comfy after a long journey.

A surprise stay with a view

Waking up to a beautiful view made my stay unforgettable. The spacious room was comfortable, and I appreciated the dedicated staff who were always there to help.

Had a fun time with my friends at this hotel! We explored Harbourfront Centre and Eldorado Park, and both were awesome. The staff was super helpful, and the room was comfortable.

The shuttle service was a bit frustrating. we waited over three hours at the airport for it to arrive. That's definitely something to be aware of if you're relying on it.

great access to parks and local eateries makes for easy strolls

I loved that the rooms were clean with nice little touches, like Starbucks coffee in the room, which made my stay feel welcoming, and the fact that there were several parks, like Danville Park and Rathwood Park, just a short walk away added to the overall experience of exploring Mississauga.

I enjoyed the size of the suite. The room felt like a mini apartment, which was great for our stay. The beds were comfy with choices of soft and firm pillows. The thermostat worked well, keeping the room cool for sleep. The shuttle service from the airport was reliable, and the driver was super friendly. Denny's on-site made it easy to grab a meal, although the service was a bit slow. However, I was disappointed with the limited dining options. The pool area could also use some improvements. it felt a bit grungy and lacked enough chairs for guests. Additionally, the parking lot had not been properly cleared after the snowstorm, making it tricky to drag our suitcases through slush. Despite these issues, I found the room clean, spacious, and mostly comfortable throughout our stay.
